Information we collect

Account details you provide (your name, email address and a password, which is stored only in encrypted form); order details (recipient name, shipping address, phone number, email address and the items you purchase); and limited technical data such as your language preference and a session identifier stored in cookies.

How we use your information

To process and ship your orders, manage your account, send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets and similar), provide customer support and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payment processing — your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers), Resend (sending email), Cloudflare (content delivery and security) and shipping carriers to deliver your order. Some of these providers may process data outside your own country.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and store your language choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we protect your data

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored using one-way hashing and payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
